Planning permission on Lands at Ballustree, Rush, Co. Dublin, for the construction of a 3-bedroomed, detached house, one and a half stories high, an outbuilding containing stables and a store room, the forming of a new entrance gateway from the public road, the provision of a proprietary waste water treatment system and all associated site works.

Permission for works to an existing above ground natural gas installat

To apply for the construction of 4. no single storey boiler houses, 1 no. generator kiosk and 1 no. instrumentation kiosk. The site will be extended to facilitate the new buildings. Associated ancillary services & site works will also be required to facilitate the works located at the existing Loughshinny AGI (Above Ground Gas Installation).

The provision of an all weather pitch (60 mx 40 m), pitch enclosure fencing, floodlighting, goalposts, ball catchment nets, pedestrian access path and all associated site works, which is adjacent to Protected Structure's No's 254 & 255.

Retention Planning Permission for single storey shed to side and one roof window to front of existing non-habitable storage attic space. Additional information received 30/09/2025

1/ Attic conversion, to include 2no. new Velux rooflights to front, 2 no. new Velux rooflights to rear, and construction of new dormer window to rear. 2/ Removal of hip end roof, and gabling of side elevation with new attic landing window to accommodate same. 3/ Construction of single storey kitchen extension to rear. 4/ Construction of single storey lean-to garage extension to side.
