The development will consist of, New front elevation windows at ground floor level, remove existing shed in rear garden and replace with new single storey rear extension with roof window, comprising of a utility room and living room, a new single storey rear extension with roof window, comprising of a dining room and all associated site works.

First floor extension at side and garage conversion.

Permission for single storey extension to rear and internal alterations. Relocate bathroom window on northern elevation and change existing French doors at rear with window. Replace existing red brick on front and southern elevations with selected stone cladding on ground floor and dry dash finish on first floor.
