GoCar and 7 no. EV charging spaces, public open space, landscaping boundary treatments, site services, a detached single storey secure bicycle storage building for duplex unit residents use comprising 24 no. indoor resident and 6 no. sheltered visitor bicycle parking spaces, and public bicycle parking spaces compromising 48 no. bicycle parking spaces; and (iv) all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
