Permission is sought for: Conversion of existing attic to storage area, with, new dormer window to rear, 2no. new velux rooflights to front, to include gabling of existing hipped roof to side, 1no. new window to the gable wall, retention of the 3sqm porch to the front of the property, and all associated site works.
