Planning permission for the development at this site Arawalk, 9 Saint Fintans Park, Sutton, D13 P215. The development will consist of: 1. Demolition of the existing flat roof block shed in the back garden. 2. Demolition of the existing single storey flat roof rear extension. 3. Removal of existing roof & parapetover playroom & porch. 4. Construction of a single storey flat roof rear extension to consist of a lounge & dining area. 5. Construction of a side extension in the first floor to consist of a bedroom, an ensuite & a walk -in wardrobe with a gable ended tiled pitched roof. 6.
