Planning Permission is sought for renovations to the existing two storey dwelling to include 1: Demolition of existing conservatory, bay windows, chimney and porch structures. 2: Extensions to the side and rear elevations of the existing two storey dwelling including an external covered terrace 3: New entrance canopy and revised windows and surrounds to front elevation. 4: Modified window openings to all elevations. 5: All associated site works, drainage, hard and soft landscaping including boundary treatments.

The development will consist of revisions to previously permitted application F24A/1018E to include; Reduction in overall footprint of the previously permitted building, Changes to plans, sections and elevations, Moving of new vehicular entrance position, realignment of eastern boundary fence and associated site works

Construction of new detached two storey dwelling house, to side of existing family home, storm water percolation area, and associated site works with new vehicular access off Broomfield.

Retention of a residential single storey extension to the rear including the demolition of the existing roof to the rear single storey annex/conservatory and provision of a new roof and all associated site development works.
