Planning permission is being sought for:

The development consists of a bay window with associated lean to roof to front elevation of existing domestic house.

Permission is being sought for a proposed conversion of the attic space for an ensuite bedroom including removal of the existing redundant chimney stack to the rear roof slope, reconfiguration of the existing main roof and provision of a zinc clad dormer window to the rear roof slope with internal modification works at first floor level to the existing dwelling.

The proposed alterations consist of the conversion of existing attic including additional roof lights on the front (southeast) and side (northeast) elevation, and a dormer window to the rear (northwest) elevation of the dwelling.
