Planning permission is sought for retention for

Permission for demolition of existing extension to the side of existing house to be replaced by a new ground & first floor extension and a flat roof ground floor only extension at the rear of the new works when completed all proposed work carried out is for a 2No. bed single dwelling unit. A new gable wall at the side of the proposed works extending the existing roof across with a Dutch hip roof and all ancillary works.

Permission for changing the garage door to the front of the existing house to a new window and converting garage into a habitable space and building, a proposed new ground floor extension to the rear and side of existing house. A new first floor extension to the side of the existing house extending the existing hip roof across and all ancillary works.

Development will consist of a proposed new first floor

The development will consist of the following: (a) a single storey extension with a sloped roof to the front/ side of existing dwelling. (b) and single storey flat roof extension to the rear. (c) Replacement of existing windows on all elevations and (d) associated demolitions, internal layout alterations, drainage, landscaping and associated site works.

The development will include the following: (a) a single storey extension to rear (north-facing elevation) of dwelling with monopitch roof, (b) to include changes to ground floor windows, internal alterations, drainage, and all associated works.
