Planning permission is sought for: 1). Ground and first floor extensions to the rear with a first-floor terrace. 2). The development will consist of a first floor extension to side with 2 new velux windows conversion of attic space into non habitable storage including dormer to rear a single storey extension to the rear with skylight along with ancillary works and associated site works.

Permission for the addition of a single storey porch and bay window to front elevation, the removal of the existing rear two storey and sun room extensions and the construction of a new two storey rear extension. The works will also include alterations to and additions of windows on the front side and changing of the front facade finish from brick to painted render.
