Planning permission for a part single/ part two storey extension to the rear of an existing dwelling, for the construction of a porch to the front and for all associated siteworks.

The development will consist of the demolition of outbuildings to the rear of the dwelling, demolitions and modifications to the existing house and an extension of the dwelling at ground level to the rear and at first level to the rear and side.
