Planning precedent report

Planning permission is being sought to 1. remodel the main roof removing the hips and extending the new Dutch hip roof to a new gable wall to the side 2. an attic conversion to the main roof for storage purposes 3. provision of zinc clad dormer window to the rear slope of the main roof and 4. internal modifications to the existing first floor at 26 Lissadel Crescent, Seabury, Malahide, Co. Dublin, K36 TV72.

Planning permission to the above authority for the construction of a new first floor extension (19.5 sq.m), over the existing ground floor layout, to front, side and rear of the existing house, including associated new pitched roof to match existing ridge and all associated site works.

Permission to construct new single storey

The development will consist of 1) an attic conversion for home office purposes with 2) a roof dormer to the rear, 3) a roof light to the front and 4) ten solar panels to the front of the roof.

For development of 1) an attic conversion to the main room for home office purposes with 2) provision of three roof lights at front slope of main roof and 3) internal modifications to the existing first floor.

The development will consist of an attic conversion with a roof light to the front and a rear roof dormer.
