Permission is sought for the construction of a part single-storey extension (23.5 sqm) and part two-storey extension (13 sqm) to the rear of the existing dwelling, and all associated site works.

The development will consist of the construction of a part single storey and part two storey flat roofed rear extension and associated roof lights. Internal alterations to provide new open plan kitchen and dining space, downstairs shower room, utility, home office, and two additional first floor bedrooms. All associated landscaping and boundary treatment works, drainage, ancillary site works and services.

Removal of the existing pedestrian entrance and some of the existing boundary wall to provide a new vehicular entrance and driveway, entrance piers and dishing of existing footpath and kerb, including all associated and development works.
