Construction of a proposed single storey rear

Permission for a two storey extension to side over existing attached garage, conversion of attached garage at ground floor, a single storey kitchen extension to rear and all associated works including services works and demolition of existing rear sunroom extension. Permission for the construction of 1 no. dwelling in the side garden. Works will include the demolition of the existing porch, garage, and wall at the side elevation and the reconstruction of the side elevation, including new replacement door to the property. The construction of 1 no. 2-storey, 3-bedroom detached dwelling in the side garden including amending the vehicular/pedestrian entrance to create a shared access to the property, the provision of 1 no. car parking space, landscaping and boundary treatment, and all associated site development and engineering works necessary to facilitate the proposed development. Vehicular and pedestrian access will be provided via Seabury Road.

Construct a second storey side extension

The development will consist of a proposed new first floor extension to the side of the existing house. Extending new canopy across the front elevation/new first floor part. 2 no. new windows on side elevation at first floor level. 1 no. window to be blocked at first floor level to the rear elevation and all ancillary works.

Planning Permission sought to construct the following: (1) a second storey side extension (19.2sq m) over existing single storey extension with new side & rear rooflight comprising of a new study, dressing room & extended bedroom, (2) alterations to existing ground floor to include a new sliding door to the rear and all associated site works.
