Planning permission is sought by Colm Collins for amendments to previously approved planning application F23A/0316 at 51 Quay Street, Skerries, Co. Dublin. The proposed works will consist of the omission of skylights and inclusion of a flat-roof dormer window to north elevation.

Planning permission to partially demolish the existing 2 storey dwelling and construct a two storey dwelling with pitched roof to front and flat roof to rear, balcony at first floor to rear, SuDS drainage and all associated site works.

Permission for the construction of a first-floor extension with a pitched roof, habitable status attic conversion with a rear dormer roof, a ground-floor rear extension with a first-floor terrace and glass balustrades, reconfiguration of the front windows, a new front door with sidelights and a fan light, and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

Modify existing hipped roof to a gable type roof with new dormer windows to the front and rear.

The Development consists of the demolition of existing shed and construction of new 2 bedroom residential dwelling on two stories, area 128M2, balcony at first floor level to rear, with alterations to boundary for new gates and off street parking (2 Spaces) for proposed and existing house.and associated works.
