Permission to construct new single storey

Planning permission to the above authority for the construction of a new first floor extension (19.5 sq.m), over the existing ground floor layout, to front, side and rear of the existing house, including associated new pitched roof to match existing ridge and all associated site works.

Planning permission is being sought to 1. remodel the main roof removing the hips and extending the new Dutch hip roof to a new gable wall to the side 2. an attic conversion to the main roof for storage purposes 3. provision of zinc clad dormer window to the rear slope of the main roof and 4. internal modifications to the existing first floor at 26 Lissadel Crescent, Seabury, Malahide, Co. Dublin, K36 TV72.

Alteration to development approved under Reg. Ref. F20A/0474 comprising the revision of the property boundaries. Permission is sought to construct 1 no. single-storey, one-bedroom residential dwelling with integrated carport and 52.3 sq.m proposed for a private garden. Creation of new vehicular and pedestrian access to serve the proposed dwelling via Seabury Park and all associated site works including landscaping, boundary works, and SuDS drainage necessary to facilitate the development.

The development will comprise: alterations to the development previously approved under Reg Ref. F22A/0246 (ABP Ref. 314182) which provided for the construction of a single storey one bedroom dwelling. The alterations will comprise: (i) provision of a recessed first floor level; (ii) the provision of 2 no. rooflights (1 no. atop ground floor and 1 no. atop first floor level); (iii) the provision of new door to link carport area to rear garden and bin store location; and (iv) all associated site works including landscaping, boundary works, and SuDs drainage necessary to facilitate the development. The proposed alterations will allow for the provision of a part-single part-two storey 2 bedroom dwelling.

Permission for the construction of a new detached 2 storey dwelling, with all associated site works, and provision of a new vehicular & pedestrian access exiting onto Seabury Park, Malahide, Co. Dublin.
