Planning Permission for alterations and an extension to the rear and side of the property. The development will consist of an extension to the rear/side of the property increasing the size of the existing bedroom. The permission will also cover some minor works to the existing rear roof in particular the installation of a small parapet and matching capping along with the installation of the new velux window.
