This application seeks to include a Wet Room/W.C. and all associated site works.

Construction of ground floor and first floor single storey rear extensions, internal alterations, new brick finish to elevations, change of use of existing study room to provide additional space for approved Montessori and afterschool facility, new entrance gates, new side gate, front boundary wall modifications, and all associated siteworks.
