. proposed: 1. Single-storey extension to rear, & a first floor extension to side, over part of the existing single-story footprint of the dwelling, 2. The conversion of the existing attic for storage, with a dormer window to rear, & the insertion of a Velux rooflight, to side, at roof level, 3. The development will consist of:

Conversion of their attic to storage, including changing their hipped end roof to a dutch hipped gable end roof, a new window to the side gable wall and 4 No. Velux rooflights to the rear all at roof level.
