Planning permission is being sought for new Porch to front and 2 no. new windows to side.

New porch to front, new dormer window to rear, 2 no. new velux rooflights to front and 1 no. new velux rooflight to rear.

Permission is sought for single storey flat roof extension to the front and part two storey, part single storey flat roof extensions to the side and rear with new attic dormer extension to the rear of the existing property, new access door in side elevation and new pedestrian entrance in rear boundary wall and all ancillary site works necessary to complete the development.

Permission is sought, which is now under construction, (previously permitted under F15A/0436; F16A/0433; F16A/0565; F18A/0425; F19A/0255), for the proposed change of use of Unit 13A from retail to cafe/restaurant use within the existing single storey retail building on site, and the proposed amalgamation of this unit with the previously permitted cafe/restaurant unit (granted under F19A/0255), proposed internal modifications to facilitate this change of use and amalgamation and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
