Alterations to approved plans for the change of use from Guesthouse (Planning Ref. F23A/0552) to short-term holiday letting accommodation.

Retention permission for change of use and for as constructed works and alterations from previous restaurant use and works under plan ref: F04A/1743 back to apartment residential use and works previously approved under plan ref F95A/0026 & F02B/0459 for the current two apartments residential use and works and alterations at first floor and attic level of the existing building. Also for retention of works in alterations of the front ground floor entrance and associated existing cafe layout at ground floor of the building.

Retention permission is sought for the change of use of ground floor from Restaurant (permitted under F04/1743) to Holiday Apartments.

Change of use from existing first floor bar restaurant to offices. Pedestrian access from the front of building maintained at street level and revisions to pedestrian entrance at rear, new boundary wall with limestone cladding. Permission is also sought for demolition of front external wall at first floor level, revisions to the front and rear elevations, new windows at first floor level along with adjustments to existing vehicular entrance, blockwork wall within rear yard to create new access courtyard and all associated works.
