WSHI Unlimited Company intends to apply for retention permission of a commercial gym at “Deer Park Hotel”, Howth Estate, Howth, Co. Dublin.

The development will consist of the demolition of the existing "Deer Park Hotel" building and all associated structures; and the construction of 1 No. 4 storey building including lower ground floor (Gross Floor Area of c.10,833m2 plus ancillary plant), and consisting of: 1 No. hotel comprising 142 No. bedrooms at 1st to 3rd floor levels incorporating balconies/terraces; a bar, restaurant, gym/spa facllity including swimming pool, retail use and back of house facilities at ground floor; meeting rooms, bar and function area at lower ground floor; a restaurant and bar including external dining areas at 3rd floor; photovoltaic panels and sedum roof at roof level and 1 No. ESB substation at ground floor level. A new vehicular access, beginning north of St. Mary's Church (a Protected Structure, RPS Ref. 0594) to proposed hotel, the provision of 170 No. space car park to south of proposed hotel; and all associated hard and soft landscape and boundary treatment works, provision of SUDS measures, associated lighting, site services (foul and surface water drainage and water supply); and all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground. Planning Permission is sought for, a) Reinstatement of existing garage use; b) Construction of new first floor cantilevered side extension with flat roof over existing side garage; c) Construction of new Dormer Window at attic level to rear of main roof; d) Internal alterations to ground and first floor layouts and; e) All associated site works.

The outline permission will be for demolition of an existing two storey extension to side of existing house and for construction of a new two storey three bedroom detached house to side of existing house with off street car parking

The construction of a first floor extension on top of the existing ground floor, with an extension of the associated roof over and attic conversion, all to the side/front/rear.

Permission for a single storey extension to the front, alterations to the existing front porch, a part single storey, part two storey extension to the rear, removal of the existing chimney, new rooflights to the rear facing roof, internal alterations and associated site works.
