The development will consist of: the demolition of a single storey conservatory extension (10.8 sqm) to the rear and demolition of a single storey extension (8 sqm) to the side of an existing detached two storey house and subsequent construction of a new single storey flat roof extension to the rear and two storey flat roof extension to the side of the property, modifications to the existing window and door openings to all sides of the property, replacement bay window to the front façade, internal modifications, new bin store and services store to the front of the property, new PV panels and rooflights to the south pitch of the main roof, replacement of the existing roof tiles with a slate finish and associated landscaping, boundary treatments, site services, drainage and associated site works.

The proposed development comprises; Demolition of existing single storey detached dwelling and single storey semi-detached garage, and construction of part 2 storey, part single storey 3 bedroom dormer dwelling, modification and widening of existing vehicular access onto the Public Road, boundary treatments, Surface Water soak away and permeable paving, Landscaping and associated and ancillary site development works to facilitate the proposed development.
