Planning precedent report

Application for permission in which the development will consist of (a) the extension of the ground floor single storey rear extension to include 3no. new rooflights (b) the construction of a first floor extension over the existing converted garage to the side with pitched gable end roof, (c) the conversion of the existing attic space to home office to include a rear dormer and 1no. rooflight to the rear. (d) The development is to include for internal alterations, all associated site works, landscaping and drainage.

Permission for a first floor extension to the side comprising of a bedroom and home office over an existing single storey projection to the side including internal modification works.

The development will consist of 1) The construction of a first floor extension to the east side of the semi-detached dwelling including extending the existing hip roof across the proposed extension. 2) Roof lights to the front & side. 3) A front porch and all associated site works.

Permission for 1. a single storey kitchen and living room extension to the rear, a first floor bedroom extension to the rear over the existing single storey kitchen and living room extension and 3. two 1st floor windows to the existing gable wall including internal modification works.

Planning Permission for the installation of new permeable paving to the driveway and for the relocation of the existing pier to facilitate a widened entrance.

Planning permission is sought to widen the existing vehicular access to facilitate off street parking and EV charging for two cars with associated kerb dishing.
