Planning precedent report

Planning permission is sought to widen the existing vehicular access to facilitate off street parking and EV charging for two cars with associated kerb dishing.

Permission is sought for: Conversion of existing attic to storage area, with new dormer window to rear, new velux rooflight to rear, and 2no. new velux rooflights to front, to include gabling of existing hipped roof to side, and all associates site works.

The development will consist of 1) The construction of a first floor extension to the east side of the semi-detached dwelling including extending the existing hip roof across the proposed extension. 2) Roof lights to the front & side. 3) A front porch and all associated site works.

Planning Permission for the installation of new permeable paving to the driveway and for the relocation of the existing pier to facilitate a widened entrance.

Permission for 1. a single storey kitchen and living room extension to the rear, a first floor bedroom extension to the rear over the existing single storey kitchen and living room extension and 3. two 1st floor windows to the existing gable wall including internal modification works.

Planning permission for alterations to the existing hip roof to create a gable roof to accommodate an attic stairs to allow conversion of the attic into a non-habitable storage space with dormer to rear roof and roof windows to front and rear roof window to the front with all associated ancillary works.
