Permission is sought for the construction of a 1st floor extension to side of existing dwelling, single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling & porch extension to front of existing dwelling

Retention for widening of entrance gate to public road & all associated site works.

The development will consist of a family flat extension linked to side of existing dwelling. New porch at existing front door, attic conversion with 4 No. rear rooflights and all associated site works. Demolition of existing domestic garage.

Permission to add a hipped roof to the existing garage conversion to the side, to add a porch to the front and to retain the existing two storey extension to the rear of the existing house.

The works will consist of the conversion of existing attic to non- habitable room and formation of flat roof dormer in roof at rear of existing dwelling together with all associated site works.

Conversion of attic to non-habitable space and the construction of 2 no. dormer extensions to side (east) of existing dwelling, first floor windows to front & rear gables and minor elevational changes.
