Planning Permission is sought for a Single Storey Retractable Glazed Walls & Retractable Roof, Linked Detached Pergola Style Structure to serve the existing 1 Squared café unit with an associated Covered Roof Link to connect to the existing Café Unit; and all site works required to facilitate the development. Permission is also sought for a Change of Use of approximately 39 sq.m. of the existing approximately 103 sq.m. external seating and Public Plaza with Floral Sculpture from Public Plaza to Restaurant to facilitate this much needed addition to the existing Café and to relocate the existing signage above the entrance doors to above the large window beside the doors to facilitate the new canopy.
