Planning permission is sought for renovations, demolition of existing single storey flat roof utility and bathroom and the construction of a single storey extension to the side and front with partial mezzanine and dormer windows and the provision of external insulation with acrylic render finish to existing single storey bungalow.

The development will consist of the retention of Oakstown BAF Wastewater treatment unit and soil polishing filter system, and all associated siteworks.

The Proposed development consist of:(i) construction of a detached, two-storey, five-bedroom dwelling with on-curtilage car parking and private amenity space; (ii) construction of a detached two-storey garage to the east of the proposed dwelling; (iii) provision of on-site wastewater treatment system, percolation area and surface water soakaway to serve the proposed dwelling; (iv) decommission of the existing vehicular entrance serving the existing family dwelling and provision of new shared vehicular entrance onto Garristown Road to west of the site; (v) provision of solar panels at roof level on the southern portion of the dwelling; (vi) the provision of 4 no. rooflight to the east, west and south; and (vii) the development will also include all associated works including, landscaping, planting and boundary treatments, infrastructure, lighting, foul/surface drainage and all ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development.
