Planning precedent report

The development will consist of a change of roof type from hipped to pitched by raising the gable wall, including an attic conversion to a home office and storage, a roof light to the rear and a rear roof dormer.

The development will consist of an amendment to the granted planning permission for a roof development and attic conversion that included a rear roof dormer (Fingal Co.Co Register Ref. F25A/1022E). The amendment consists of decreasing the distance from the existing ridge line to the top of the proposed dormer from the permitted 300mm to 100mm.

Permission was granted for the dwellings under F17A/0079 and the permitted dwellings are constructed and almost complete. Retention permission sought for minor internal alterations to the dwellings and consequent changes to the overall site layout including a single storey rear extension to house 45B. Planning permission is sought to finalise the completion of the dwellings under construction including all associated works.
