The development will consist of the following: 1) The conversion of attic space to attic store including changing the existing hipped end roof to a dutch hip gable end roof, a new dormer window to the rear roof and 1 new rooflight to the rear roof. 2) 1 new double glazed window with permanent obscured glazing in the side gable wall of the house at attic level. 3) And all associated site works.
