Planning precedent report

Planning Permission is sought for, a) Reinstatement of existing garage use; b) Construction of new first floor cantilevered side extension with flat roof over existing side garage; c) Construction of new Dormer Window at attic level to rear of main roof; d) Internal alterations to ground and first floor layouts and; e) All associated site works.

The outline permission will be for demolition of an existing two storey extension to side of existing house and for construction of a new two storey three bedroom detached house to side of existing house with off street car parking

The construction of a first floor extension on top of the existing ground floor, with an extension of the associated roof over and attic conversion, all to the side/front/rear.

Alterations to the existing side and back facade to include a new bathroom and stairs to the cellar. Conversion of the cellar into a habitable space and an extension of a cellar to the back, forming that way a terrace on the ground floor back side.

Planning permission for the construction of 1) a single storey extension to the side and rear, 2) a single storey flat roof canopy structure to the front, 3) a flat roof structure to the existing side passage with new access door to the front and rear, with all associated site works.

Permission for conversion of attic to storage including changing hipped end roof to a gable end roof, a dormer window to the rear, a window to the new gable wall, and 2 Velux rooflights to the front all at roof level.
