Construction of a 2 storey dwelling to the side of 23A Saint Patricks

Demolish existing outbuildings and construct 3 No. two and half storey 2 bedroom houses in a single terrace in the side garden and the demolition of the existing front porch and single storey extension to the rear of the existing house and their replacement with a new single storey extension, part 2 storey extension to the rear and dormer windows front and rear at roof level including demolition of the existing front boundary wall and provision of 6 No. car park spaces and ancillary siteworks.

Permission to erect two support poles, each with two antennas attached, onto the southeast elevation and also to erect two support poles, one with two antennas attached and the other with two dishes attached, onto the northwest elevation, (providing a total of four support poles, six antennas and two dishes) and at ground level install an equipment cabinet within a 2 metre by 4 metres and 2.4 metre high palisade fenced compound.

Permission for 3 no. wall mounted signs, 1 internally illuminated projecting sign, 6 no. wall mounted Up and Down lights, all fixed to the front wall facing the Main Street; and 2 no. recessed brick lights fitted at external steps from public footpath to proposed external terrace for café.
