Planning permission sought to raise gable wall to top of existing roof level, convert attic to storage area with new dormer roof extension to rear of existing roof, new roof window to rear of existing roof new window to gable wall and all associated site works.

Planning retention is sought for an existing single storey garden shed at rear of site, with both pitched and flat roofs, comprising of storage area and toilet room.

The development for which permission is sought consists of:Conversion of existing attic area including construction of new flat roof dormer structure in rear sloped roof profile, set back from the dwelling footprint perimeters, conversion of the existing partially hipped roof profile into a gable profile on side elevation, provision of 2 Nr Velux's on the front elevation, associated internal alterations to facilitate the proposed development together with all ancillary site works & landscaping.

Retention permission for the single storey flat

Retention Permission for: 1. The single storey flat roof garden room at rear of existing dwelling. 2. For the access/egress gate through the boundary wall. 3. Plexiglass canopy cover to rear adjacent to existing extension, and for Planning Permission for: 1. Plexiglass canopy cover over side passage and all associated site works.
