Extending the existing attic floor level (c.21.1 sqm) with new dormer to the rear to provide a larger main bedroom, with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. New pitched roof to the proposed extension to match the existing and new canopy above the main entrance door and bay window at ground level. All with associated site works.

Permission is sought for a development that will consist of: 1. Construction of a single storey, flat roof front entrance porch. 2.Construction of a two storey, flat roof rear extension consisting of a kitchen, dining and lounge at ground floor, and a bedroom at first floor. 3. General remodel and upgrade of the existing dwelling at both floor levels to suit the new proposed layouts. 4. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
