Planning permission for roof alterations for the conversion of the attic space to comprise the construction of a new gable wall to side with window, 1 no. roof window to front and a roof dormer to the rear elevation all at second floor level and all associated site works.

The development will consist of:

Development to construct an attic conversion comprising of raising the side gable roof, a new dormer window and velux window to the rear, also to widen the existing vehicular entrance from 3.9 metres to 6 metres, and associated site works.

First floor extension over existing single storey section including 1

Ground floor extension to the rear of existing utility room and first floor extension consisting of new bedroom and bathroom over existing playroom & utility room on the side of the property. Retention permission is also sought for rear kitchen extension providing additional floor area of 19 m.sq.
