Construction of a first floor pitched roof extension (19.9 sq.m) consisting of 2 No. bathrooms and enlarging the existing bedrooms at first floor (North west), alteration to the roof of the family room at ground floor level, small storage space at attic level and reinstatement of the kitchen door removed in condition No. 3 of Ref. No. FW20B/0061, all to a detached dwelling house.

The proposed extension will consist of the following: Extending the existing utility room (c.9 sqm) at ground floor level with flat roof. Extending the 1st floor to the (northwest side) to increase the size of the existing bedrooms (c.21.9 sqm), with rooflight to the rear. Extending the existing attic floor level (c.21.1 sqm) with new dormer to the rear to provide a larger main bedroom, with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. New pitched roof to the proposed extension to match the existing and new canopy above the main entrance door and bay window at ground level. All with associated site works.
