Alteration/extension of the existing two storey semi-detached house

Permission for modifications to previously approved planning permission (Reg. Ref. FW19B/0021) for alterations/extension to the existing two storey semi-detached house, comprising demolition of the existing single storey rear return and construction of new single storey extensions to the front and rear and a two storey extension to the side, including alterations to the existing fenestration and associated site development.

Permission is sought for a dormer window extension to the rear and a flat window to the front roof surface, both at attic floor level.

Permission for the replacement of existing window at first floor level with a narrower window and new rooflights all to the front roof, construction of a single storey extension and associated landscaping works and a new dormer window both to the rear.

The development will consist of demolition of existing glazed porch and roof over, erection of enclosed porch to front of property and single storey extension to side and rear of property maintaining side access with roof lights overhead. Alteration to interior layout on ground floor and all ancillary site works.

Permission sought for an attic conversion to include a dormer window structure at attic level to the rear and 3 no. velux roof windows to the front roof area.
