Construction of a 'family flat' to the side and rear of the existing house by adding a second-storey over the single-storey area of the existing house and continuing this with a two-storey extension to the rear. The development will consist of,

Conversion of existing attic space comprising modification of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable c/w window, new access stairs, 2 no. roof windows to the front and flat roof dormer to the rear.

The development will consist of an extension at roof level to the existing two storey semi detatched house to inlcude a new attic storage room, conversion of hipped roof into a gable roof with dormer window to the rear, two velux windows to the front and a window to the rear, two velux windows to the front and a window to the side in the gable wall. Also a ground floor single storey kitchen extension to the rear of the property with a lean-to roof over and all associated on site works.

Planning permission for development to construct an attic conversion comprising of raising the side gable roof, a new Velux window and dormer window to the rear roof of the property and two Velux windows to the front of the roof.
