1) Single story lean-to roof extension to rear of existing building 2

This conversion wold include two bedrooms, quattro roof

The development will consist of constructing a utility room extension at the rear ground floor, converting the attic into a storage room with an en suite, and adding a projecting dormer window at the back. Two roof lights will be installed-one on the front roof elevation and another on the side. Minor internal changes are planned, along with all related site development works.

Temporary permission for an amendment of Condition 3 of the planning reference no. FW12A/0086 to allow for the operation of a Montessori facility by a non-resident of the main dwelling for a 5 year period. Retention for an external pedestrian access to the North boundary. Security fencing (1.5m high) over 2.2 m high Northern boundary wall and all associated site development works.

Permission is sought for a development that will consist of: 1. Construction of a single storey, flat roof front entrance porch. 2.Construction of a two storey, flat roof rear extension consisting of a kitchen, dining and lounge at ground floor, and a bedroom at first floor. 3. General remodel and upgrade of the existing dwelling at both floor levels to suit the new proposed layouts. 4. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
