The development for which permission is sought consists of: Conversion of existing attic area including construction of new flat roof dormer structure in rear sloped roof profile, set back from the dwelling footprint perimeters, conversion of the existing hipped roof profile into a gable profile on side elevation, provision of 2 No. Velux's on the front elevation, associated internal alterations to facilitate the proposed development together with all ancillary site works & landscaping.

Planning Permission is sought for 2 storey extension to front, side and rear of existing house, new first floor bedroom and study / playroom on ground floor, removal of side sheds in garden and all associated site works.

The development consists of altering the existing attic to provide an extra bedroom and bathroom suite, modification of the existing hip roof to form a new end gable with a new window and a new low pitched roof dormer window to the rear. The widening of the existing access from Littlepace Gallops to facilitate in curtilage parking.
