The development will consist of: Proposed demolition to existing front carport and rear sunroom and the proposed provision of a 2 storey extension to front/side of house; single storey extension to front enclosed porch with hip roof; 2 storey extension to rear of existing house with a flat roofed single storey extension to the ground floor; all associated landscaping and ancillary site works.

Planning Permission sought for a. Proposed front single storey extension to existing house with facing brick finish to existing porch. b. Proposed widening alteration of existing vehicular access with associated site development works.

The development consists of: double storey brick extension to front elevation with corner glazing, rooflight to front main roof, single storey rear extension, dormer roof conversion in attic facing rear, new utility and garden room in back garden, new glazing throughout.

The construction of a two storey extension

The development will consist of an extension to the front of existing house to consist of extending front living room and hall to front and side at ground floor level and extending bedroom to front and side at first floor level.
