Permission is sought for the removal of the existing canopy and lean - to roof from the front (South) elevation and for the complete redesign and reconfiguration of the front facade to include entire revised window fenestration and also a two storey extension centrally on the facade.

Front facade re-design and refurbishment.

Permission to erect a 5.2m x 1.85m x 2.8m high stainless steel and glass bus shelter with 2 no. internally illuminated advertising panels each of 2sq. metre area, also remove section of grass margin and extend existing concrete apron at the rear to meet the public footpath at Bus Stop.

The development will involve revisions to the front elevation consisting of the removal of the existing First Floor balcony to accommodate an increase in floor area of 7.0 m2 (First Floor only) out to the main building line along with all associated front elevation adjustments and treatment, including a new full length canopy, 1.2m wide, zinc finished.
