A temporary construction access is also proposed off Luttrellstown Road. The proposed development also provides for solar panels on roof, on-site external lighting, landscaping and boundary treatment in addition to all associated site development works including alterations to ground levels and the construction of retaining walls. The proposed development will also provide for upgrade works to the existing footpath network and to the pedestrian crossing on Porterstown Link Road and the provision of a new pedestrian crossing and upgrade works at the existing entrance to the school campus site also off Porterstown Link Road.
