Intend to apply for Retention Planning Permission for two storey extension to rear.

The development will consist of two storey rear extension to existing dwelling along with new first floor window to existing side elevation, plus new pedestrian side access gate to rear garden from Luttrell Park Green and all associated site works.

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, new access stairs, flat roof dormer to the rear and 2no. roof windows to the front.

The development will consist of the construction of a 2 storey extension to an existing dwelling. The works include the construction of a.) A playroom, utility and an extension to the existing kitchen on the ground floor and 2 No. bedrooms on the first floor; b.) Provision of a new side pedestrian entrance; c.) Landscaping and all ancillary site works to facilitate the development.
