Permission for conversion of existing attic space to non-habitable storage/office area with new revised roof profile (from hipped to gable end) to side/rear, with new dormer window extension to rear roof with 1 no. rooflight to front roof elevation, 1 no. rooflight to rear roof elevation, internal modifications and associated site works.

Conversion of attic to storage use with new dormer roof to rear facade, extension of roof ridge to form a gable with new window at 2nd floor level side facade and 2no. roof lights to front facade (street).

Permission for the demolition of an existing sunroom and building a proposed new ground floor extension to the rear of the existing house, 1 no. new window in the existing side elevation, 1 no. rooflight to the front elevation. A proposed new dormer roof to the rear of the existing house and all ancillary works.

The construction of a two storey extension to side, single storey extension to rear and new porch canopy to front of existing dwelling, removal of existing chimney and all associated site works, including application of external insulation.
