Planning permission is sought for conversion of existing attic area at 37 Georgian Village, Castleknock, Dublin 15, D15 PCY8, for Gabriel and Roisin Shanley. This application includes the provision of a dormer window to the rear elevation.

Development will consist of reconstructed roof from a full pitched roof to a partial flat and pitched roof to provide an attic conversion. A new flat dormer roof to rear of the new house roof. The ridge line of the proposed new roof to be 300mm higher than the existing roof ridgeline and all ancillary works.
