Permission for the change of use and conversion of existing attic storage space to habitable space with new roof profile (from hipped to gable end) to gable/side wall with new roof light windows to the front and rear and all associated ancillary site works required.

Permission for alterations to existing roof profile (from hipped to gable end), new window in the east facing gable wall at attic level, 4 rooflights in rear elevation roof plane and 2 rooflights in front elevation roof plane to facilitate the conversion of existing attic to home office space.

Which will consist of conversion of existing attic including new dorme

The development consists of permission to construct

Permission for A) the construction of a 44.2 sq.m. single and two storey extension to the side and front of the existing dwelling incorporating bedrooms, utility and kitchen extension; B) the construction of a2.5 sq.m. single storey porch extension to the front; C) the addition of two no. first floor rooflights to side and two no. ground floor roof lights to rear; as well as other internal modifications and all associated site works and landscaping.

The development will consist of the conversion of existing attic to study/store, with new dormer roof to rear facade, extension of roof ridge to form a gable & 2 No. roof lights to front facade, including all associated infrastructure and site development works.
