The development will consist of first floor side extension with pitched roof to match existing roof, above existing ground floor side extension. Works to include new rooflights to front and rear elevations.

Planning permission sought for attic conversion incorporating removal of existing hipped roof and replacing with new "A" roof, together with dormer window to rear.

Conversion of existing attic space to non-habitable storage/office area with new revised roof profile (from hipped to gable end) to side/rear, with new dormer window extension to rear roof with 2 No. Velux rooflights to front roof elevation, new window side gable. New porch area to front, ground floor extension to rear, internal modifications and associated site works.

Permission for (i) replacing the existing hip roof with a gable roof, (ii) converting the attic space for non-habitable family use with dormer roof window to the rear and 2 no. velux windows to the front (iii) A new stair access from the existing upper floor landing to the attic, (iv) A new window to the side elevation and (v) All associated internal, site and drainage works.
