Planning permission is sought for new attic conversion with dormer projecting window to rear of existing house for study/playroom use permission also sought for single storey kitchen extension to rear of house and all associated site works.

Planning permission is sought by EP Lynam Properties Ltd. for revisions to previously permitted development Reg. Ref. FW16A/0176 (An Bord Pleanála PL06F.249188) and Reg. Ref. FW16A/0176/E1. The proposed amendments are for alterations to permitted House Type G at site no. 36 Churchgate which consist of changes to elevation and roof treatment, internal layout and all associated site development works.

The development will consist of the construction of a single-storey extension to the rear with an apex roof incorporating 3 roof windows; the installation of 1 roof window to the existing kitchen lean-to roof; the application of external insulation to the existing rear kitchen wall; the provision of 2 clerestory windows (one in the existing gable and one in the proposed extension) to the south-east facing elevation; and all associated site works.
