The development will consisit of the reconstruction of existing vernacular building as part of a new house. The development will see a new two-storey extension to the rear of the existing derelict building of 170m2. The proposed ground floor of the dwelling including the reconstructed building will be made up of an entrance hallway, living room, office, rehabilitation room, storage, toilet, pantry, utility, kitchen and dining room. The proposed first floor of the dwelling will be made up of two bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, bathroom and storage.
