Permission sought for an attic conversion to include a dormer window structure at attic level to the rear and realignment of main roof structure to replace the hipped design with a new gable design. Also, 2 no. flat rooflights to the front roof surface at attic level and a single storey infill extension to the rear.

Planning permission for attic conversion with hip to gable roof and dormer to rear to accommodate stairs to allow access to attic conversion as non habitable storage space with roof windows to front all with associated ancillary works.

The development will consist of: Attic conversion for storage, incorporating a dormer window and rooflight to the front and a dormer window and rooflight to the rear, a raised gable to the side, and two gable windows.

Planning Permission for a hip to gable to an existing attic conversion with roof windows to front and rear roof all with associated ancillary works.

Alterations/extensions to the existing two storey semi-detached dwelling, comprising of construction of a new single storey extension to the side and rear, with roof lights, plus associated internal reconfiguration, and site development including widening of the existing vehicular entrance and opening of a new pedestrian entrance to the north boundary wall.
